Shipping Policy
At Luméra, we prioritize your self-care ritual and ensure that every order is handled with the utmost care. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days to get your treatment to you as quickly as possible. For customers within the UK, standard shipping typically takes between 7 and 15 business days.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey directly to your door. Shipping costs are flat-rate across the UK and will be clearly calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Luméra experience and feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your unopened and unused product in its original condition. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer care team at (email).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
